I had a comfortable stay at the hotel with clean rooms and friendly staff. The location was great for exploring nearby attractions, but the dining experience had some downsides. Overall, it offered good value for money.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were modern, clean, and comfortable despite the lingering smell of stale cigarette smoke. The service was lacking, with a don't-care attitude and interruptions during my purchase from a nearby shop. The location, however, was unexpectedly convenient, especially for accessing Twickenham stadium and leisure facilities. The dining options were adequate but lacked consistency in temperature, and the facilities were sufficient for a short stay.

The hotel was in a nice location by the River Brent and the Grand Union Canal, and very close to Kew Gardens and Richmond Park. The rooms were a bit hot during the night, and I didn't feel safe enough to open the balcony doors. The bathroom was a bit small, and the wine selection at the bar was poor. Breakfast was functional for me as I was attending a wedding.

The hotel met my expectations overall. The rooms had spider webs in the corners, but the cleaner seemed to be doing a good job overall. The breakfast was not great as some items seemed to be reheated. The staff was friendly and helpful.
